How I Work With You
Stage 1: Prework & Matching
This crucial stage involves an initial needs assessment, business overview, and objective setting to determine the most effective coaching approach. At this point, any existing self-rating tools or 360-degree feedback reports will be reviewed, or arrangements made for additional insight gathering. A Coachee Needs Assessment Survey is completed before an initial chemistry check session.
Stage 2: Discover and Connect
This 30-minute session is designed to assess the chemistry between coach and coachee, clearly define coaching goals, and establish success metrics. A Commitment Agreement is developed, outlining the coaching objectives, expectations, and mutual responsibilities.
Stage 3. Unpack and Evolve
Tailored 1:1 coaching sessions address unique challenges and developmental needs. Resources, materials, and introductions to third-party experts are provided as required. Note: The Rising Star Program follows a structured framework with supporting resources.
Coaching Formats:
Executive & Leadership Coaching: Six 1–1.5 hour sessions delivered over three or six months (option for 1–2 in-person sessions, with the remainder online via Zoom or Teams), plus 20-minute accountability check-ins or emergency calls as needed.
Rising Star Accelerator Program: Ten 45-minute sessions delivered over 10 months.
Stage 4. Reflect and Reset
A dedicated review session to reflect on progress, transformations, and key learnings. A personalised Action Plan is co-created to maintain momentum and ensure continued growth. For some coachees, a three-way meeting with a key sponsor may be included.
